What I'm looking for

I'm looking to solve complex enterprise network, collaboration, and observability problems while continuing to learn new technologies and working with a diverse, collaborative team of experts.

I currently provide support for Network Monitoring and Assurance at CxTE, working with network observability, ThousandEyes, SNMP, BGP, Cisco Nexus, Cat9000, cloud agents, and Docker products.

Previously, I delivered worldwide enterprise support for Cisco Unified Communications Manager at Foundever and SYKES, troubleshooting call routing, IP phones, LDAP, SSO, Webex Calling connectivity, and third-party integrations. As a Tier 2 engineer and backup technical lead, I escalated complex cases, mentored junior engineers, built lab recreations, and delivered training from case reviews and team feedback.

Earlier in my career at IDOSDE, I developed embedded measurement, telemetry, RF, and IoT systems using ARM microcontrollers. I hold an MSc in Electrical Engineering and Cisco CCNA and CCNP Collaboration credentials, and I enjoy learning complex topics quickly alongside diverse, collaborative teams.

“Modeling of correlations among noise sources in Sigma‐Delta Modulators”. Correlations among sources of noise in switches
and OpAmps were investigated via a Verilog‐A behavioral model. Validation was carried via transistor‐level SPICE simulation.
