What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an HR administration, finance support, or executive coordination role in the United States—where I can manage calendars and priorities, support payroll/HR and finance tasks, and thrive in high-trust, confidential environments.

I’m a Personal HR and Finance Assistant and Administrative Coordinator with 4+ years of experience supporting senior management across forensic services, public relations, and retail environments. I bring strength in executive diary management, HR and finance administration, and confidential data handling.

In my current role at RMG Forensic Services, I provide high-level HR, finance, and administrative support—coordinating internal and external meetings end-to-end with agendas, documentation, minutes, and action follow-ups. I track KPIs, compile structured management reports, and build templates, dashboards, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency.

I also support finance operations through payment tracking, reconciliations, and creditors management by liaising with suppliers and ensuring timely, accurate processing. On the HR side, I assist with payroll processing such as leave tracking, medical aid contributions, and deductions, while staying aligned with governance and compliance expectations.

Before this, I delivered comprehensive administrative support as an Administrative Assistant, managing complex calendars, correspondence, and record-keeping, and I introduced an organisational calendar system to improve scheduling efficiency for executive priority meetings. I’m currently completing a Higher Certificate in HR Management and I’m looking to bring this mix of HR administration, finance support, and executive coordination to the United States.
