I support daily administrative and clinical operations for dermatology and vein care, orthopedic care, and aesthetics practices as a freelance Healthcare Virtual Assistant. My work includes managing patient appointments, handling phone, email, and electronic fax correspondence, and supporting patient intake, insurance-related tasks, referrals, and medical records workflows.
