What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead aged care and disability services where I can drive compliance, accreditation, ACFI optimisation, and continuous improvement—strengthening quality and resident outcomes through strong clinical and operational leadership.

I’m an “Aged care & DISABILITY experienced leader and manager of clinical and administration services,” known for dynamic, highly organised leadership across quality, accreditation, and day-to-day service delivery. I bring genuine passion for the Aged Care sector and a strong ability to build trust at all levels.

As Managing Director (Compassionate Care WA, 2021–Current), I provide operational oversight to ensure compliance, optimise workflows, and support client-centred outcomes. I recruit, develop, and supervise staff, while leading financial and risk management, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance responsibilities.

Previously, as Aged Care Services Manager (St Bartholomew’s House / St Barts, 2017–2020), I managed facility operations and homecare services, led a 50+ staff team, and strengthened ACFI Optimisation, accreditation, continuous improvement, and clinical management. I also oversaw policy and procedure redrafting and managed operational contracts and administration.

Earlier roles included Manager: Revenue and Quality Development (Braemar Presbyterian Care, Corporate Office, 2015–2017) and Facility/Clinical Nurse leadership roles, where I owned admissions, led quality and accreditation obligations, and completed and submitted all ACFIs. I’m a critical thinker and problem solver who consistently delivers practical solutions that improve resident outcomes.

Managed operations for a 40-bed residential facility and St Barts Homecare serving 120 clients, leading 50+ staff across quality, clinical management, and service delivery. Delivered a successful re-accreditation with nil recommendations, oversaw policy/procedure redevelopment, and supported GP and allied health interfaces.
