I'm looking to lead or support high-quality early childhood services where I can strengthen child safety, compliance, team capability, inclusive practice, and continuous improvement.

I've led centre operations at Goodstart Early Learning, including Narre Warren North, Springvale South, and Galloway Drive, with a focus on compliance, occupancy, financials, team engagement, and family relationships. Across 20 years in regulated ECEC environments, I've supported safe, inclusive settings where children, educators, and communities can thrive.

I've led teams of 20+ educators, supported operations across three centres, improved staff retention by approximately 20%, and mentored emerging Centre Directors. I'm committed to child safety, workforce capability, continuous improvement, and high-quality education aligned with the NQF, NQS, and EYLF.
