What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an operations leadership role where I can own safety, drive process improvements, and deliver measurable revenue and quality results—while building strong teams through coaching, training pathways, and data-driven decisions.

I’m an operations leader with 10+ years across manufacturing, supply chain, and hospitality, focused on operational excellence, safety compliance, and measurable business results. I bring strength in P&L management, inventory and procurement, and data-driven decision-making to improve performance quickly.

Most recently, as a Plant Manager, I launched a Missouri facility from the ground up—recruiting and developing a 35-person team—while directing product launches and supply chain integration to meet market demand. I achieved $1M+ revenue in under 9 months by executing packaging compliance transitions, and I built retention and a safety culture through targeted programs and coaching.

Previously at Amazon as an Area Manager, I led inbound operations for up to 75 associates and processed 900K units per shift, while meeting quality initiatives and regional DPMO benchmarks during peak seasons. Earlier, I founded and managed a catering/event business and later led high-volume food service and 24/7 hotel food & beverage operations, aligning budgets, staffing, training, and vendor coordination to deliver consistent outcomes.
