I create space for clients to discuss health goals, stressors, concerns, and barriers to well-being. I explain wellness services and recovery approaches clearly, maintain accurate client documentation, and refer or escalate concerns appropriately while staying within professional scope.

As Temporary Director of Sales & Education at Freshly Rooted Tribe, I provided individualized wellness-product education, gathered customer feedback, and translated complex information into practical guidance that supported adoption and engagement.

I've also delivered health and nutrition education at Kids Cooking For Life, teaching up to 90 students per week while coordinating program logistics, records, supplies, and communication.
