What I'm looking for

I seek roles leveraging evidence-based coaching in digital health where I can drive engagement, retention, and measurable outcomes within cross-functional teams.

I am a Senior Health Coach and wellness leader with 20 years in health and wellness and six years focused in digital health, blending evidence-based coaching with operational insight. I build trusting relationships with clients and cross-functional teams to drive sustained behavior change.

At Kaia Health I coached 500+ people with chronic pain using personalized interventions and led longitudinal virtual coaching up to 12 months, consistently maintaining a 5/5 CSAT score and improving functional outcomes and engagement.

Earlier roles include leading CDC Diabetes Prevention Program cohorts with measurable weight-loss and engagement metrics, managing high-volume Medicare coaching caseloads, and contributing to curriculum and clinical research support.
