As Director of Events and Marketing, I lead end-to-end event logistics—from site selection and transportation to production, food functions, entertainment, hotel accommodations, off-site activities, registration, and event staff management.

I collaborate with ownership on writing, designing, and producing program content, invitations, and web landing pages, while coordinating 3rd-party vendors before and day of events. I maintain an event calendar, track budgets, promote leadership communication, and evaluate events to ensure smooth, on-time execution within budget.
