I’m a detail-oriented event and operations leader with strong experience in event coordination, logistics, and customer relations. I plan and execute corporate events, private parties, and large-scale customer events, turning client needs into smooth, high-quality experiences.

As a General Manager, I serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timelines and expectations are met from planning through execution. I oversee event logistics including scheduling, staffing, vendor coordination, and setup/breakdown, while managing booking calendars for multiple concurrent events.

I’m known for clear communication and operational follow-through—creating and managing BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) to keep teams aligned and eliminate last-minute confusion. I track inventory, place orders, verify deliveries, and manage event operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

In previous roles, I continued building the same strengths: leadership, initiative, and dependable problem-solving. I planned events and handled core customer-facing responsibilities, and I even created a manual for future employees—improving how the team operates and supports guests.
