Catelyn Froese

I've built and managed brand and digital assets, including brand kits for four businesses and a full website for a major U.S. non-profit. As a self-employed Virtual Personal Assistant, I developed a customized website with integrated analytics to improve services and client experience.

My work combines community management, customer support, branding, email marketing, content creation, and social media management. I use tools including Canva, Webflow, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Asana, Notion, and Google Business Suite to keep projects organized and communication clear.

I've also supported the Lethbridge John Howard Society as an Executive Assistant Intern and Lethbridge Family Services as an FASD Assessment & Diagnostic Caseworker Intern. In these roles, I developed technical materials, streamlined information, assessed intake data, and supported compassionate client conversations.

I'm grounded in community leadership, having contributed nearly four years to the University of Lethbridge Alcohol and Drug Awareness Committee and volunteered with Special Olympics and child and youth camps. I've designed inclusive education programs, created youth recreation programming, and provided long-term mentorship.
