I'm looking to lead project planning, operational launches, and business expansion initiatives where I can coordinate teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver measurable operational value.

I've led end-to-end restaurant expansion and opening projects for Estación Ariguaní and La Fogata, translating business objectives into structured execution. At Estación Ariguaní, I launched a second location, established delivery and ordering channels, and helped drive a 40% increase in sales.

For La Fogata, I transformed a property into an operational restaurant, coordinating civil works, procurement, a 14-person mixed team, operational hiring and training, and brand-aligned deliverables through its September 2025 opening. I'm passionate about continuous improvement, sound decision-making, and creating operational value through successful project delivery.
