At Ericsson, I support Business Intelligence initiatives across global telecommunications projects for Vodafone, Telefónica, Claro, AT&T, and T-Mobile. I analyze operational performance, business metrics, and KPIs to give stakeholders clear visibility into project status and decision-making.

I use Power BI, Salesforce Sitetracker, SQL, JIRA, Copado, Visio, and Talon View to monitor delivery, maintain data integrity, track milestones, and identify bottlenecks and root causes. I’m currently developing interactive Power BI dashboards that strengthen business insight and project visibility.

I coordinate end-to-end customer delivery activities, support requirements analysis, As-Is/To-Be process mapping, UAT, documentation, and release tracking. As an SME for Sitetracker Network Predictive Planning, I support AI-driven forecasting and improved project timeline visibility.

I also deliver onboarding and training for internal and external stakeholders, helping teams adopt standardized processes and tools successfully. My background in biotechnology engineering, statistical computing, project management, and fashion brand strategy brings an analytical and cross-functional perspective to operational improvement.
