What I'm looking for

I seek a role leading NEPA and environmental compliance for infrastructure projects, with opportunities to manage teams, mentor staff, and coordinate with federal/state agencies to deliver timely approvals.

I am an Environmental Compliance and NEPA specialist with extensive experience managing NEPA documentation, Categorical Exclusions, and Environmental Assessments for federal and state transportation and infrastructure projects. I have led multidisciplinary teams, coordinated with agencies such as FHWA, CDOT, ADOT, HUD, USACE, USFS, BLM, and NPS, and delivered compliant, timely project approvals while mentoring junior staff.

I have served in regional environmental leadership roles, streamlined review processes for the Economic Development Administration, and conducted field environmental and historic preservation assessments for FEMA and the National Park Service. My technical strengths include NEPA, Section 106, Section 7, Section 404 compliance, Community Analysis (Environmental Justice), non-historic Section 4(f) considerations, environmental training delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
