What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead technical operations and program execution where I can drive process optimization, automation, and operational analytics—turning real-time field data into measurable cost, risk, and performance improvements with strong cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a results-driven technical operations professional focused on industrial optimization and operational excellence across offshore energy operations, drilling execution, operational analytics, and workflow automation. I translate technical complexity into measurable business outcomes—improving efficiency, reducing risk exposure, and strengthening execution across multidisciplinary teams.

Across offshore campaigns, I’ve led field and office-side execution for 30+ offshore wells and supported 80+ wells in total. I built value capture initiatives that delivered more than $40M in documented operational savings through workflow redesign, automation initiatives, and cross-functional coordination, including more than $36M in annualized savings.

I’ve driven multi-million-dollar cost reductions by improving operational performance through drilling optimization, operational surveillance, and procedural improvements. I held final quality-control authority for operational procedures and regulatory reporting submitted to government agencies, while managing service providers and operational personnel across concurrent offshore operations.

I also enhance operations with data-driven tools—developing automation in Excel VBA and Python to reduce repetitive reporting and operational preparation workflows from hours to minutes. Today, I bring field leadership, real-time monitoring, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement to technical program management, energy technology, consulting, and operational excellence roles.
