I’m an operations and business professional with 8+ years of experience managing projects, clients, vendors, teams, budgets, and day-to-day operations across multiple industries.

My background has required me to take ownership, make decisions independently, solve problems quickly, communicate with different stakeholders, and consistently deliver results. I currently serve as a Superintendent with Lazaro Lodging, overseeing contractors, vendors, budgets, scheduling, renovations, and property operations. I also work intermittently as an independent contractor in the Permian Basin, where I’ve developed strong experience working independently in high-pressure environments.

I’ve founded and operated my own business, managed crews, developed client relationships, negotiated with vendors, handled business development, and managed projects from initial planning through completion. I’m comfortable learning new systems and technology and have always been someone who figures out what needs to be done and takes ownership of getting it done.

I’m now focused on bringing those skills into a remote role in operations, project management, business development, sales, account management, or customer success. I’m looking for a company where I can contribute immediately, continue developing professionally, and grow into greater responsibility over time.
