At Canopy Village Services, I created and led the Kind Kitchen program, teaching youth ages 12–17 culinary skills, nutrition, food safety, and life skills through hands-on cooking instruction.
I developed structured curriculum and facilitated interactive group sessions, adapting instruction to students’ needs and learning styles. I also taught practical kitchen skills, from measuring and mixing to meal preparation and safe tool use.
At Hearts with a Mission, I designed and facilitated life-skills workshops on cooking, nutrition, and healthy habits for youth and community members. I also supervised and mentored at-risk youth in a shelter environment.
Alongside my youth programming work, I’ve prepared and plated fine-dining dishes and worked on catering and private chef events. As a freelance content creator and social media manager, I’ve developed content strategies and created digital content, including food photography and menu design.
