At Amazon, I’ve led the people side of a new site launch, onboarding 400 new hires and reassigning 400 employees for a roughly 1,200-person facility. I also led a site decommission that moved 433 employees into new Detroit-area roles without disrupting operations.
I use workforce data, audits, SOPs, and labor planning to identify attendance, attrition, engagement, and performance trends and turn them into action plans. I’ve supported more than 1,000 associates across shifts, coached new HR partners, and delivered Service Excellence training.
I helped lead my site’s shift to AI by building and deploying tools that reduced time across standard work, audits, and investigations. I’ve also automated communications with Excel/VBA and Slack, partnered with IT and development teams, and trained staff and leaders to adopt new tools.
