At the Nassau County Sheriff's Office, I lead enterprise public safety applications that support approximately 500 users across 11 operational divisions.
I've served as Project Lead and Primary System Administrator for the Criminal Justice Data Transparency initiative, guiding planning, testing, vendor coordination, and production deployment. I also led a major New World Public Safety migration from planning through implementation.
As the agency's primary reporting resource, I use SQL to retrieve, validate, and analyze data for executive decision-making and approximately 20 public records requests each month.
I manage the lifecycle of 275 body-worn cameras and 50 in-car camera systems, develop retention policies and technical procedures, and have trained more than 100 personnel. I work closely with leadership, stakeholders, end users, and vendors to turn operational needs into practical technology solutions.
