Carolyn Resendiz

I’m a System Support Specialist who started as an intern in December 2022 and became a full-time employee in April 2023. I handle day-to-day end-user support and security-focused onboarding and offboarding, including initial software training and Active Directory with Office365 account activation and deactivation.

I manage end user device inventory for onboarding and offboarding—covering laptops, printers, and other peripherals—while also assisting with troubleshooting to support both stability and security of the company server environment. I help teams with technical difficulties both on premises and remotely using ConnectWise.

I’ve built and supported department workflows by developing Microsoft SharePoint landing pages to assist migration from local servers to SharePoint. I’m also an administrator for Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SharePoint, Windows Servers, DUO Multi Factor Authentication, CCH Axcess, Advanced Flow, ShareFile, and Safe Send Suite.

To drive adoption and policy consistency, I create how-to slideshows and videos for ADKF P.C. staff and clients. I’ve also earned a “North Star Award” multiple times for relationship-building, service quality, and improving report accuracy—while actively serving on the Employee Engagement Committee and Artificial Intelligence Committee.
