I am an ambitious and result-driven sales professional with experience in marketing, brand promotion and client engagement. I consistently meet sales targets by building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

In my current role as a Brand Ambassador I promote products directly to customers, engage prospects by phone and in person, and maintain detailed CRM records to convert leads into loyal customers. I am skilled in telesales, lead generation and client conversion.

Previously, as a Sales and Marketing Assistant, I streamlined administrative processes, managed financial records and led a high-performing sales administration team to meet departmental targets. I have hands-on experience addressing customer inquiries and supporting order fulfillment.
