Led incident management for production issues (~20–80 per week), ensuring SLA adherence and clear stakeholder communication. Tracked defect severity and SLA benchmarks and produced regular operational reports.

Supported User Acceptance Testing for approximately 50 large-scale system enhancements supporting Louisiana Medicaid Eligibility. Performed System Integration Testing, investigated defects, and partnered with developers to validate system functionality prior to production.
