I seek a role that fosters growth in mental health counseling, emphasizing holistic approaches and client-centered care.

I am a dedicated somatic practitioner and graduate student pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Belmont University. My background in health sciences and client care, combined with my experience in both healthcare and corporate settings, allows me to support individuals through trauma-informed somatic therapy principles and holistic health approaches. I am passionate about helping clients achieve emotional regulation and healing through movement-based practices.

As the creator of the Reset & Restore YouTube channel, I focus on nervous system support, emotional processing, and recovery strategies for athletes and highly sensitive individuals. My work includes designing and guiding somatic movement sessions, producing wellness content, and creating educational resources aimed at promoting emotional healing and resilience. I believe in the power of somatic practices to foster deep connections between mind and body, and I am committed to empowering others on their healing journeys.
