What I'm looking for

I seek a clinical role where I can provide trauma-informed therapy, supervise staff, expand program impact, and grow within a collaborative, culturally responsive organization.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, NCC) with experience providing individual, family, and group therapy across community mental health, outpatient, and telehealth settings. I conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, lead psychoeducational groups, and provide crisis intervention while managing caseloads and coordinating community resources to improve client outcomes.

I have supervised and developed QMHP staff, managed clinical documentation systems, and contributed to program development and community outreach. My background includes grant-supported clinical training, evidence-based practice experience (CBT, DBT-informed approaches, EFT), and ongoing professional development in trauma, addictions, and culturally responsive care.
