I’m an HR leader with 15+ years of experience supporting high-growth organizations in the technology industry. I specialize in employee relations, leadership development, and organizational transformation, bringing a calm, solutions-first approach to complex people challenges.

Currently, I’m a Delivery Manager where I own end-to-end delivery across client accounts—balancing speed, quality, and adaptability. I serve as a trusted client point of contact, lead full-cycle hiring, coach teams through performance conversations, and manage team operations and financial follow-ups to support healthy growth.

As the Founder of UpLevel Services, I partner with technology companies to design people strategies that strengthen leadership effectiveness, team performance, and organizational scalability. I coach senior managers and directors, facilitate workshops on psychological safety and feedback culture, and translate workforce research (like Gen Z in tech) into actionable organizational strategies.

Previously, I led complex employee relations investigations across the Americas and applied employment legislation to mitigate legal and organizational risk with objectivity and confidentiality. I’ve also built HR strategy across recruiting, compensation & benefits, talent management, and employee engagement—supporting large organizations with clear HR operational models and transformation initiatives.
