What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I own production planning (MRP/S&OP), collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver responsive customer service—improving operational excellence, service quality, and profitability through clear communication and accurate execution.

I’m a production planning professional who thrives on turning customer demand into dependable schedules. At CertainTeed, I managed production schedules for two plants (Bradenton and Vaughan) and served as the main contact between the plants and customer service to keep teams aligned.

I develop production plans to meet customer demand and working capital targets, while staying close to the numbers through daily, weekly, and monthly review of existing and future production planning. I review sales forecast projections and create and present S&OP plans for the plants, supporting consistent operational excellence and profit goals.

I maintain systems and data that keep execution smooth—keeping MRP data up to date and ensuring planning inputs remain accurate. In customer-facing support, I’m known for effective communication and relationship-building with internal departments, staff, vendors, and the public.

Earlier, as a Customer Account Specialist and Senior Customer Service Specialist, I handled order processing (including purchase order processing), entered certification cards in an Access database, and managed multiple report types (commissions, distribution/redistribution, and monthly reporting). I also supported process improvements by assisting with new procedures and training new customer service representatives, and I’ve served as backup for billing to process invoices when needed.
