What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a people-focused HR or People Operations role where I can strengthen recruitment, onboarding, and compliant employee-support processes while working with diverse teams and communities.

At Shield of Athena Family Services, I led full-cycle recruitment for approximately 15 roles, maintained a 48-hour posting-to-response turnaround, and introduced sourcing platforms to strengthen the hiring pipeline.

I also coordinated 20–30 volunteers, created onboarding and training documentation, and automated service tracking with Google Forms. I secured a $5,000 Centraide du Grand Montréal grant and helped co-coordinate a fundraising gala that raised $100,000.

At Dialogue Health Technologies, I manage 32–40 crisis and triage cases weekly, resolving approximately 80% within a 30-minute compliance target while coordinating decisions with a multidisciplinary care team. Previously at Manulife, I managed about 40 disability claims and helped return a claimant to work through workplace accommodations.

With a psychology background and Italian, English, French, and Spanish language skills, I bring empathy, sound judgment, and cross-cultural communication to people-focused work. I'm currently completing the HRCI Human Resource Associate Professional Certificate.
