I'm looking to continue leading luxury hotel operations and guest experiences, with opportunities to build teams, develop service standards, and create personalized stays from booking through departure.

I'm part of Tarabel Lisbon's pre-opening team, helping launch a nine-room luxury boutique hotel. I hire, train, and manage F&B, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams while shaping operations, SOPs, and service strategy.

Across Lisbon, Barcelona, and Bordeaux, I've led guest relations, concierge, VIP arrivals, complaint management, upselling, and front-office training for luxury and Hyatt-affiliated hotels.
