At AMX CLARO ARGENTINA, I provided in-person and phone support, resolved customer complaints, and followed cases through to resolution.
I also sold plans, devices, and add-ons through consultative sales, while working on customer retention and collections.
My work there included cash handling, basic technical support, and post-sale guidance. I coordinated with technical and administrative teams.
Earlier, I worked as a server at HOTEL COSTA GALANA / HOTEL TORRES DE MANANTIALES, MONTECATINI, and EL CARMEN – BALNEARIO, and as a salesperson at C&A. During my travels in the Americas, I volunteered in hostels and inns, helping with reception, restaurant service, and kitchen work.
