What I'm looking for

I seek data-driven roles where I can lead BI or product initiatives, apply agile practices, and drive innovation in collaborative teams.

I am a Business Intelligence analyst with a background in product management and innovation, experienced in integrating management and development to drive project unity and operational improvements.

At Encora I handle end-to-end business intelligence activities including data extraction, transformation, server and structure management, report creation, and dashboard maintenance using Pentaho, Azure, DBeaver, Power BI, and Zoho.

Previously, I worked in innovation and product roles at Gerdau, Camel Eletricidade, and Datasim, where I built Power Apps and VBA solutions, managed SQL databases, acted as Scrum Master and Product Owner, and led hardware and monitoring system development with Python and 3D modeling.

I combine agile methodologies with strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver data-driven solutions, foster partnerships, and improve operational workflows across multidisciplinary teams.
