I am a Senior Applied AI Researcher and Data Scientist with 15 years of international experience across research institutions and industry. My career started in physics and mathematical modeling, and evolved into applied machine learning, data science, and generative AI. This multidisciplinary background helps me move comfortably from first-principles analysis to business-facing AI delivery.

In my current role at dezzai, I lead end-to-end AI initiatives: opportunity framing, experimentation, production deployment, evaluation, and executive communication. I have designed and delivered ML/AI systems for critical workflows, built LLM evaluation frameworks to improve reliability and traceability, and implemented orchestration pipelines with RAG and vector databases across different hardware ecosystems. I focus on practical impact: measurable efficiency gains, better decision quality, and scalable governance.

Previously, I led ML initiatives in startup environments, developed NLP-based systems before the current LLM wave, and built statistical pipelines for robust analytics. Earlier in my career, I worked at CERN on radiological risk assessment for major LHC experiments, where rigor, reproducibility, and safety were non-negotiable.

What motivates me most is collaborative work as an individual contributor: I enjoy building solutions with teams rather than managing people. I am self-sufficient, accountable, and comfortable taking full ownership of outcomes from concept to delivery.
