At ITG Holding, I handle recruitment activities across the company and its affiliates, from sourcing and CV screening to interview coordination and candidate follow-up. I also review technical CVs and support hiring teams with candidate feedback.

At InternGrub, I helped prepare interns for future job opportunities by supporting training sessions on CV writing, LinkedIn, job searching, and interview preparation. I also reviewed CVs and LinkedIn profiles and gave feedback to help interns strengthen their job-market readiness.

My background includes a Bachelor's in Clinical Psychology and an MBA in Human Resources Management in progress.
