What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an e-commerce operations role where I can work across the funnel, using data, EDM marketing, and campaign execution to improve business growth.

At CUDIS(Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd., I built and maintained Klaviyo automated email workflows for abandoned carts, browse abandonment, welcome messages, and re-engagement. I also created brand-aligned campaigns and optimized trigger logic to increase revenue.

At Shenzhen Clawlab Intelligent Technology, I planned and executed Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year campaigns, managing page setup, coupons, and inventory. These campaigns achieved 120% MoM sales growth.

I supported e-commerce operations through data reporting, ad KPI monitoring, and weekly Brevo lifecycle campaigns. I also bring a full-cycle understanding of the e-commerce funnel, with experience in data analysis, EDM marketing, and SEO-informed content iteration.
