Previously, at Lessard Design, I processed bi-weekly payroll, administered benefits and open enrollment, supported immigration compliance, created an annual pay-for-performance review process, and led high-volume full-cycle recruiting.
As Director of Human Resources at Windows Catering Company, I managed payroll and 1099 processing for 130 employees and more than 300 independent contractors. I developed Affirmative Action Plans, managed EEO reporting, strengthened FLSA-compliant job descriptions, and launched an employee retention program to improve morale and productivity.
