I’m a Computer Science student with hands-on experience in international remote environments and roles that demand high precision, critical thinking, and problem-solving. In my Data Steward position at Veeva Systems, I managed master data quality and governance in Veeva’s life sciences cloud platform, focusing on accuracy, completeness, and full regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical clients.

I perform data cleansing, validation, enrichment, and issue resolution to keep strong data integrity across CRM and quality management systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data stewardship processes and reduce errors. Earlier roles strengthened my attention to quality: I worked as a Quality Control Analyst using physicochemical analytical methods and advanced instrumentation (including HPLC, GLC, and TOC), and I delivered written and voice customer support in a fast-paced international environment while consistently meeting CSAT, Quality, and AHT targets.
