What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a UX/UI role focused on user-centred, design-system-driven product design. I want to apply user research, wireframing, prototyping, and AI methodologies to create warm, accessible experiences with clear usability outcomes.

I’m a UX/UI Designer specialised in user-centred design, built on a strong DESIGN background in graphic design and audiovisual production. I combine functional thinking with visual sensitivity, and I enjoy turning complex problems into clear, accessible interfaces. Right now, I’m integrating artificial intelligence methodologies into my design workflow to enhance how products support people.

I’ve been developing end-to-end UX/UI work through my NEOLAND bootcamp: an AI-Powered Emotional Support platform with a warm, non-clinical approach. I focused on emotional accessibility, information architecture, and design system consistency, shaping user flows and prototypes to validate usability. I also worked on a Rainwater Reuse project, applying design thinking and double diamond methodology with user research and Figma prototyping.

Before UX, I strengthened my delivery and communication through customer service and social media roles, where I managed appointments and developed a content strategy that increased engagement and followers. My certifications and self-driven learning—from Adobe visual design to AI, automation, and functional UX for OTT platforms—support how I design with craft, clarity, and measurable user value.
