I’m a customer service professional and processing specialist with hands-on experience supporting clients, resolving issues, and keeping records accurate and confidential. I’ve worked across customer support and call center environments, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and service excellence.
At DePrati, I handled complaints by investigating and resolving problems related to defective products, incorrect shipments, and special situations. I also processed orders in a timely manner to support inventory management and delivery, and followed up after purchases to improve satisfaction and brand loyalty.
In my current role, I support communication with clients and providers in English and Spanish, resolve documentation inconsistencies, and process and review insurance policy documentation (issuance, renewals, and coverage changes). I verify and validate customer information, coordinate with insurance companies and financial institutions for payments and updates, and analyze policy declaration pages to ensure compliance.
