At LanguageLine Solutions, I developed and launched Language Insight, an AI-assisted analytics tool used daily by colleagues and managers. I investigate operational data and communicate findings through reports, visualizations, and recommendations.
I led the tool’s multiweek rollout by writing user guides, training colleagues and managers, supporting Kibana API key setup, and resolving technical issues. I also connected Codex with Pulse through Kibana and Elasticsearch API access, creating reusable investigation and reporting workflows.
I built Python tools with pandas and openpyxl to process Excel datasets, apply business rules, and generate recurring reports. Consolidating operational data improved language review throughput from approximately one language every 1–2 days to two languages per day.
Previously, at Amazon, I investigated account, workflow, and system issues, reproduced suspected defects, and escalated findings to technical teams. My technical background includes cybersecurity, Linux, TCP/IP networking, Active Directory, and Docker.
