What I'm looking for
I’m a senior Human Resources executive with a Master’s in Labor Policies and Industrial Relations and a Business Administration degree, and I bring over 20 years of experience leading strategic people functions in multinational, highly regulated environments. I’m known for aligning human capital with business strategy through HR Business Partnering, labor relations, compensation & benefits, talent management, and organizational culture.
In my current and recent leadership roles, I’ve driven comprehensive HR and EHS direction, including implementation and management of ISO 9001 and 45001 systems, plus labor and community relations in operational environments. Previously, as Regional HR Director South America and HR LATAM Lead, I led regional operations across Latin America—structuring HR areas, standardizing regional processes, and supporting strategic growth.
I excel in organizational transformation and post-merger integration (M&A), implementing global models and strengthening labor relations in unionized settings.
