I’m motivated to learn and grow, and I bring a strong customer service mindset to every interaction. I gained 3 years of experience as a cashier, and I genuinely enjoy making someone’s day by treating them right and respectfully.

In my role at Súper La Bodeguita (2022-2025), I helped customers search for specific products and supported a great, efficient customer experience. I also sorted shelves so products were well presented and desirable, while staying ready to answer questions and be helpful.

I’m comfortable working with transparency at the register, solving issues that come up with customers, and maintaining a reliable service standard. I focus on clear communication, critical thinking, and responsible, dedicated work—especially when there’s pressure to stay accurate and quick.

Right now, I’m studying Economics at Universidad de Costa Rica, which keeps me focused on decision making, time management, and collaboration. Alongside customer service, I build practical value through MS Office efficiency, data entry, data management skills, and experience on Salesforce.
