At ADEVINTA, I own the Italy P&L and partner with the Italy CEO and Group CFO. I delivered 40% revenue growth and a 7pp EBITDA margin improvement, while reducing DSO from 102 to 59 days.

I designed and deployed an in-house payment reconciliation engine at zero developer cost, and I’m leading vendor-supported AI and automation programs across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. I also led the local SAP S/4HANA rollout and co-led management presentations to investors during PE due diligence.

Earlier at ADEVINTA, I redesigned forecasting and contributed to the Italy turnaround, improving EBITDA from -€7M to +€13M. Across roles at IED - ISTITUTO EUROPEO DI DESIGN, NOW TV, SKY ITALIA and ACCENTURE, I built finance and controlling functions, supported business growth, and delivered board and executive reporting.
