What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve financial planning, performance management, and decision-making through controlling, data analytics, Power BI, process automation, and AI-enabled finance transformation.

At Damiani Group, I built the industrial controlling framework from the ground up, defining KPIs, reporting routines, and operational performance-monitoring processes.

I develop Power BI dashboards that give stakeholders near-real-time visibility into cost, time, and productivity drivers. I also structure analytical data flows and automate manual finance and reporting processes with digital tools and AI to improve efficiency and reduce error exposure.

Previously at Oppent, I partnered directly with the CFO on financial planning, management control, business performance analysis, group cash flow plans, and project-level forecasts. I also delivered HR controlling and ad-hoc analysis for the CEO while supporting an organisation-wide Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation.

My experience also includes group cash flow planning and liquidity monitoring at Haier Europe, along with data analysis and reporting support at IKEA.
