At Applus Italy S.r.l., I led accounting and finance operations, reporting to senior executives and managing a team across Italy and other countries. I was responsible for accounting, treasury, financial reporting and internal controls.
I coordinated finance activities in Turkey, Kazakhstan and Egypt, leading a team of 10 employees and working with local consultants. The entities had average annual revenue of approximately €20 million.
At FBM Hudson Italiana S.p.A., I reported directly to the CEO and analysed project costs, revenues and profitability in an engineer-to-order environment. I monitored budgets, forecasts and results to support decision-making.
