I currently lead financial control at Senec Italia, managing a team of three finance professionals and delivering monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash-flow planning.

Previously, at Wolftank DGM, I led Accounting & Finance and managed a multidisciplinary team of nine across Finance, HR, and IT. I prepared statutory financial statements, IFRS reporting packages for Group consolidation, annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and coordinated reporting with the Austrian Headquarters.

I've managed month-end, quarterly, and annual closing; intercompany reconciliations; VAT compliance; treasury activities; banking relationships; and statutory audits with EY. I focus on accurate reporting, compliance with deadlines and accounting standards, and financial insight that supports management decisions.

My background also includes general ledger accounting, profitability and cost analysis, process improvement, and ERP work as a key user of Radix and contributor to continuous improvement through Odoo.
