I built HERITALISE’s stakeholder and performance framework across 17 organisations, nine audience groups and 20+ indicators.
At TECHNICAL ADVICE, I coordinated R&D and sustainability initiatives, bringing leadership, technical contributors, clients and partners around priorities and decisions. I produced B2B proposals and executive presentations, translating technical information into clear business narratives, and supported practical adoption of AI tools.
At GESTIÓ CULTURAL SCP, I led corporate and digital communications across web, social media, newsletters, stakeholder channels and press materials. I also supported the transition from phone-based processes to Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Slack, contributing to improved online communications ROI and user satisfaction. I created ÀNIMA METHOD, a five-stage diagnostic framework to help deep-tech teams identify core issues and turn strategic priorities into practical action.
