At Cencosud - Easy, I developed annual sales, margin, and closing inventory plans for the Construction, Timber, and Doors & Windows categories. I also monitored Open-to-Buy and Open-to-Receive processes and tracked imported purchase orders to support product availability.
At Alsea Chile, I developed demand and supply forecasts for Starbucks Paraguay, PF Chang's, and Chili's. I managed inventory risks, supported promotional campaigns and new product launches, and developed KPIs for forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
I also planned procurement of fixed assets for new store openings and served as a Key User during the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation. Earlier at Alsea Chile, I supported the supply of non-perishable products for PF Chang’s and Starbucks, including purchase orders, delivery coordination, and supplier fill rate reporting.
