At Embraer, I managed the financial performance of projects, assessing costs, margins, budgets, forecasts, and variances. I also coordinated medium- and high-complexity projects and managed project risks and opportunities.
I consolidated information and prepared scenarios to support decision-making, working across technical, administrative, finance, supply chain, and procurement teams. I also worked with clients and suppliers around the world, supported client negotiations, and managed critical suppliers.
At Maxion Structural Components, I supported continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma-based training and helped develop operators in an operational excellence culture. I completed White Belt Lean Six Sigma training, updated performance indicators, and prepared data for the MTA (Maxion Team Award).
