At Celerio Group, I develop and maintain controlled SOPs, procedures, policies, templates and registers across Celerio, The Architect Circle, Cleaning Crusader and Supplement Superstore. I’ve established shared document-control standards and structured Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environments to support document management across the four entities.
At She Glows Africa Magazine, Zheera Trust, I directed editorial workflows from content curation through editing and quality assurance, and coordinated interviews and podcast production. I’ve also supported ISO-aligned management systems and audit readiness, including documentation for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 55001.
