I'm looking for operations, reporting, document control, or quality assurance work where I can improve workflows, build accurate reporting, strengthen quality checks, and own processes from data collection through client-ready delivery.

I've coordinated quality workflows at Libricom, maintained document traceability at Henley & Partners, and reviewed high-volume client-facing legal documents at Exigent Limited. I strengthen verification controls, track production progress, and resolve document issues before final delivery.

I build Excel and Google Sheets dashboards that turn workflow data into actionable reporting, using pivot tables, Apps Script, data validation, and conditional formatting.
