What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to support employee development and well-being in a collaborative environment.

I am a recent graduate with a B.Com in Human Resource Management from the University of Venda. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in various HR disciplines, including Employee Well-being, Health & Safety, and Organizational Behaviour. I am passionate about creating positive work environments that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

During my studies, I developed a keen interest in Human Resource Information Systems and Employee Relations, which I believe are crucial for effective HR management. I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills in a dynamic organization where I can contribute to fostering a supportive workplace culture.
